courses into great golf courses. With his 25+ years of experience in the Golf and Sports Turf
Industries, Paul has a proven track record for taking complex problems and immediately turning
difficulties into workable solutions, Paul builds strong personnel teams with his energy, passion and
involved hand’s on approach. His communication skills with management, members and staff are
unassuming but highly effective in achieving results over the short and long term. Paul has the ability
to handle a diverse and wide assortment of projects from private clubs, resorts, sports facilities,
municipalities and construction projects. With his combined agronomic knowledge and track record
of success, Paul Cushing is the turf professional you need to assist your facility in reaching its

Paul began working with Rain Systems in 2018 on a series of pilots for City of Los Angeles
Department of Recreation and Parks and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Since that time, he
has become an invaluable member of the team. Bringing his vast knowledge and experience in
managing turf to each project. As Rain Systems begins to grow, he will take the lead on sales with
the Golf and Sports Turf Industries, as well as overseeing the agronomic components for our
projects.

United States.
